Mos Burger Abechika

If you fancy something sweet after your burger, the fluffy soufflé pancakes, available for dine-in only, are worth a look. The menu describes them as soft and moist, topped with butter whose savoury saltiness balances the cake’s sweetness. Add as much maple syrup as you like, and choose a single or double serving: either can work as a post-meal treat, while the double is there for a more substantial dessert.

One diner who ordered the iced Dolce Cup chocolate-style mousse cake with an iced café latte recalled that the chilled dessert was just right for a break on a hot day, and enjoyed the drink too. The frozen dessert layers cocoa sponge made with okara (soy pulp) powder, mousse including soy cream, cocoa glaze and soy whipped cream, finished with strawberry compote. For a lighter sweet after a burger, try the cup dessert; if you would rather linger at the table, there are the pancakes.

The burgers include the Mos Burger with its special meat sauce and the Tobikiri Cheese: Hokkaido Cheese, made with a patty containing 100% domestic beef and cheese from Hokkaido. One visitor to the Abechika branch paired a Tobikiri Cheese Burger with fries and cola, and praised the substantial patty and its seasoning. For a lighter option, Mos no Natsumi wraps the fillings in lettuce instead of a bun.

The restaurant offers both dine-in and takeaway, and also lists breakfast, lunch and brunch menus. It is a casual choice for eating alone, whether you are stopping for a quick burger or taking a breather over coffee and something sweet.
